ONE YEAR AGO...

A boy and a girl walked side by side together to a little boat that would take them around the harbor to eat dinner. As they walked, the boy asked the girl, “Will you hold something for me?” The girl not knowing what it would be, sounding very hesitant said yes. The boy pulled his hand out of his pocket and put his hand in her hand for a few seconds and then pulled it away. They both laughed at his joke and got on the boat. On the boat the girl thought the boy was so easy to talk to and was able to joke around with him. As the boy and girl where on the boat, the boy kept saying, “once we reach that point up there, that is officially the second date and then I can put my arm around you.” The boy put his arm around the girl on the “second date”. As his arm was around her, he thought it would be funny to put his hand in the water and splash the girl. The girl thought it was cute and decided to take some nasty ocean water and put it in his face too.

The boy and girl then went to the beach. As the two walked on the sand, the boy thought it would be funny to jump on the girls back, he did and made her fall and cut her toes. The boy and girl laughed about it and kept walking. They finally sat next to each other in a blanket and cuddled and talked for a long while. They shared stories and got to know each other . The boy and girls hand were brushing up against each other and he finally got up the courage and held her hand for the first time.

As the night ended he dropped her off at her house, gave her a hug and said, “Good Night.” The girl went inside ran upstairs and called her best friend and told her all about it. She was swept off her feet from the amazing time they had together. The next day the girl called her sister and told her it was the BEST date she had ever been on.

One year ago it all started, now one year later, the boy and girl are still together, engaged to be married, and more in love than ever before…
